You can select to be trained in your office, in our office, via remote access or over the phone. We’re completely flexible and are able to adjust our training methods to what works best for you. Onsite training is also provided outside business hours and on weekends however surcharges may apply.

File 'Health Checks'
We know the last thing you want when you give your MYOB data file to the accountant at year end is to find out that all your data entry was done wrong and they’re going to have to fix it all which can be costly to your business. This is where our file ‘Health Checks’ services come in. We have a list of common mistakes bookkeepers make and are able to go through your data file to check that your file is clean and doesn’t need to be re-entered. Once the check is complete we email over your bookkeeper a list of items they need to fix and how to fix it. This is a learning process and in time the goal is that your bookkeeper’s work won’t need to be checked anymore and your accountant receives the data file right in the first place.
BAS, GST & Payroll Compliance
Have a question regarding your Business Activity Statement (BAS), GST or Payroll? We can help! Clients have access to three registered BAS Agents and a number of senior staff able to assist with your curly questions. If we don’t know the answer, we won’t make one up. We’ll be honest and front up but we’ll also find out the answer to your question and get back to you as soon as possible.
Staff Recruitment, Screening & Skills Testing
The Founder has a number of years experience in Human Resources and previously worked for a private recruitment agency. This knowledge and experience is what she brought with her and conducts when employing her own staff members. Because employing the right staff is important she also provides recruitment and screening services for clients. We’re able to screen, interview, and test so you only have to meet with quality applicants.
